Over the past 2 days I have been trying to login to the FNB online banking site using my username and password which is correct and working as I can still login to cellphone banking. But trying to login to the FNB website is useless everytime I'm transfered back to the home page thus I can't access my account. I need to make a online payment of R 10 000 but apparently my online payment limit is R 1500 I went to two different branches to change this FNB enquiries counter Three Rivers and Vaal Mall on both occasions they where unable to help me only told me I must change it myself! I phoned online banking support the consultant wanted to explain to me how to use keyboard shortcuts I'm a IT Consultant! I don't need that. I'm still not able to log into the website!
