Credit card machine problems and no technician?

I have made a number of calls to FNB the last 2 weeks to try and sort out our credit card machine that is not working properly. It takes a ridiculous amount of time for my calls to be answered by the call centre. I want a technician but each time they tell me to do something to the machine that doesn't help. My credit card machine is using the landline and my credit card machine is in my front shop and my phone is in the back office... so I am running up and down and getting very irritated. On Tuesday I was told a technician would be here today and I was called by FNB and told to do something else to the machine. Where is my technician? I asked the lady and she just said they don't have one available today. When I called the help desk I was told a technician is scheduled for today... I told him there is no technician available and he again said one is scheduled for today? I have never before had a problem with FNB but I am now disappointed and I am busy. I don't have time for this! Either come sort out your machine or I will drop it off at your closest branch. There is no point in me having a machine that just gives me problems.
