Problem not resolved after technician returned

I have a 13 Kg top loader Defy washing machine. the machine sprung a leak and I contacted the Pretoria service center to come out and resolve the problem.

Tom came out and found the problem and informed me that he would have to come back to install a new part. He came back and installed the part and we were told not to use the machine so that the glue could dry. It was Friday the 21st of June and as we went away for the weekend, we only used the machine on Sunday, 23 June for the first time. The problem was not solved and the leak remained and was worse than previous.

Tom came back on the 23rd of June and told and his reason was that we might have used the machine before the glue was dry. He fixed the problem again and the leak seemed to have been fixed, except that today, 29 June the machine is leaking again.

I was not at home either of the times that he was here, and I am not a technician, but I can't see that it is that difficult to fix a leaking pipe...?

I feel that as I had to pay for this immediately after he was done, without being able to test if the problem was resolved, it should be fair to expect that he technician actually knows what he is doing, which Tom doesn't.
