On 8 Feb 2013 I took my 3 yr old defy dishwasher to the agents in EL as it started leaking and stopped working and tripped the lights. I asked for a quote, 15 Feb I was given a quote of R1249-00 for a new pump. I specifically asked the lady at reception and the technician who tested the machine if they were 100% sure, this was all that was wrong, cause, I would rather save up for a new one than spend more on this old one. I was assured that it was only the pump. On 18 Feb I was phoned to collect.and I paid for the job: Job card 975456. Two weeks later, the machine again leaked and the kitchen floor was soaked, and lights tripped, I went in to Defy and asked them to sort it out. Two days later technician arrived and after checking, told me a second pump was leaking, they would sort it out. on site.- a Few days later, same story again, lights tripped, floor soaked, phoned them, few days later technician arrives and tells me its now leaking from the bin and he wants to fix it properly at their workshop, it is now 28 March and they still have my machine, Manager says he wants to keep machine a few more days- no loan machine and got visitors for Easter arriving tomorrow
