Fnb merchant credit card department

I have a restaurant in sea point, had a problem with our merchant machine and technician responded a week later to change it. Then it would not take debit cards. A week later he came to sort it again .then he never allowed for me to do supervisor transaction then another week passed final had to change machine. Think third time now, then another problem and they never arrived called and said he clocked in for a visit to repair machine. He never pitched when he said he had been there, I was there. Then another machine and as the new technician left it kept shutting down. Sorry will change battery, a week later new battery and now it is still not working. Call again and I get told I will escalate the repair. Spoke to supervisor for 15 min and empty promises. That was Friday it is now tues still waiting. Ready to call capitec tomorrow to see what they can offer for credit card machines. Think 5 machines in 2 months and have not worked properly. Escalate, not sure they know the meaning of the word.
