I contacted FNB for a merchant card machine on 9 September. I was told it would take 2 - 3 weeks for my machine to be installed in my business. Only in October did anyone contact me to complete the necessary forms. I was then told that it would be about another 2 weeks for the machine to be delivered. Despite many phone calls I am still without my machine, the busiest time of the year and I cannot offer a service to my customers. I have lost many sales through not having a card machine.
