Day 2 and still no promised Technician

I logged a call for my washing machine to be repaired on Monday & was promised by the call centre agent that a Technician would call on me on Tuesday. I was rather impressed when Tuesday morning I received a follow up call to confirm a technician would contact me during the day to confirm a time and would come check on my washing machine.
After an entire wasted day with no technician and no phone call, I received a call at 9:00 this morning to say the technician would contact me today (with no apology or explanation as to why the appointment had not taken place) - at 3 o'clock when I still had not been contacted by the technician - I called the call centre only to be brushed off and told to wait for the technician to contact me, It is now 4:30 and I highly doubt that the promised technician is coming today meaning I have now wasted 2 days of my time and been without a washing machine for 3.
