I owe R31000 on my credit card and have made arrangement to pay R1000 with their laywers. when i asked for my credit report i discovered that they have listed R31000 as my monthly installment. on credit cards you pay 5% of balance or fixed amount as arranged with the client. if my installment can be R31000 it means they did not do due diligence. this means after paying them i will alsways be on a negative balance as i dont earn the installment listed. this has affected my credit profile and it must be fixed. how can one owe R31000 and pay same amount as installment. when this is then added plus my existing accounts it goes up to R40000. this means i owe more than i earn. not certain whether it was an error or deliberate. please talk to credit bereau as they cannot take queries from me.
