Obtaining of a replacement Credit Card

I'm writing this report on behalf of my dad, Mr WH le Roux. He lost his FNB Credit Card. He reported it yesterday that its lost. The card was cancelled and he was told that he need to bring some documentation showing that he is whom he said to be. This includes a proof of residence. Thus he took a printed version of the Lesedi municipal account. Due to the non-service that the postal service provides us - we get our accounts via email - no posted versions anymore. FNB Heidelberg refuses to accept this original copy. There is no understanding by the FNB personnel, they treated my dad, a pensioner in his late 60's with so much disrespect it's not even funny. The municipality version of the account looks exactly the same as the version that we printed - they do not give any other versions when you go and see them for accounts - it is printed on A4 white paper - this FNB also do not accept. Thus what must we do??? And really this lady that assisted my dad, I would suggest that she goes on a course on how you treat people, especially the elderly. He now cannot access any of his money.
