All I want is JUST a NEDBANK Card

HI Peter

I have been trying to open a card from Nedbank but what a mission, first they did not want to accept to open an account because MY ID, was still showing my previous surname and not my marriage surname, so I send in my marriage sertificate, because Home affairs STILL HAVE NOT corrected my ID, then they phoned me and said I must have my ID and proof of residence ready, for when they will deliver my card, I told the lady that can I give a proof of Invoice from my landlord, she said yes, now JUST now about 5 min ago they came to give me my card, THEY DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME MY card because I HAVE PRINTED THE INVOICE from my Laptop, how stupid is that, this is the only PROOF I HAVE, so here again i sit with NO CARD. I cannot believe NEDBANK. Please this is so riddiculour, pleaes help
