I have been waiting over a month for a replacement

One month ago my Titanium Credit Card was and I went into the Gardens Branch to cancel it and order a new card. I asked for the card to be delivered to the Gardens branch. On the 16th of July I was charged R104 for "LOST CARD ADMINISTRATION FEE". I was told the card would arrive with 5-7 days. A week later I phoned the potentiate number and was told my card will be ready in another 5-7days. I was then contacted by the courier company used for face-to-face deliveries and told they will be delivered to me in 3-5 days. I phoned the potentiate number again a few days later and was first told that the card was printed and on its way, then i was told the card was waiting for me at the Gardens branch and finally, roughly 20 minutes on the phone later, the lady admitted that the card was never printed. I asked if I could complain and was ignored. I waited another 7 days and called again. A gentleman told me that the card was only printed the day before but would be in my possession within 5-7 days. on this ocassion I was allowed to submit a complaint. Today is 7 days later and still nothing. I have just spent 30 minutes on the line with potentiate and the matter is unresolved.
