Pathetic service from ABSA home owners insurance

I am now waiting months for a few tiles to be replaced after a leaking pipe in a bathroom. ABSA appointed NGS construction who has visisted the premises 3 times over the last few months for an assessment, but still the job is not done. I have contacted ABSA on countless occasions, sometimes waiting close to an hour to speak to someone, but all I get is excuses. The same goes for NGS contruction, just excuses, but nothing gets done.
