I wanted to put a notice on my 32 days account

FNB, I went to South Gate to close my cheque account with FNB because I am fed up of being treated like a beggar while I give them business for the past 22 years. Hence I closed my cheque account I wanted my money on a 32 days notice to be transfered to my credit card. Apparently that cannot be done then I told them that it should go to my other bank account they wanted proof of which I have the account number and code, I told him I have an electronic version on my tablet he can just give me an email address I will email he said no. The guy that was helping me refused and as he was doing a journal to close my account he kept on asking the lady near him how is this done where do I credit and debit. I went to FNB in Sandton yesterday and notice was processed without request of the proof. Then I signed, buy FNB :-(
