Card Replacement

My wife has been attempting to get here replacement visa card from your Maynard Mall branch for the past 2 months. The original Expired.
1st time. We went the card was sent back to be destroyed "You didnt come fetch it soon enough was the response" this was a day after receiving the sms.
2nd time, the card did not arrive yet (after receiving sms)
3rd time, card was still not at the store, but a call was placed to head office and she (my wife) had to talk to someone who confirmed that she was indeed the recipient. The card will be sent. came the promise.
4th time. Great Scott! card was at the store. However..the proof of address was now TOO old. (printed December and it was now march.)
5th time. Latest emailed statement from Vodacom was provided. But rejected because it said "computer generated" on it. Was told "bring the covering email with it."
6th time. printed everything under sun. And was told, this cant be accepted.
7th time. clerk said "here take this piece of paper. (affidavit) squiqqle on it, bring your husbands proof of address and then you could probably get your card, but it means you have to come a 8th time.
