My fathers pension is not in his account. Even though I confirmed the banking details weeks ago in time enough for payments to resume. I still followed up on the email to establish that would be made end of January. To which Iris replied asking for "new" banking details. I immediately replied on the 20th Jan telling you that the bank details are in fact on the email you replied on!! Had you read the oremail you would not have asked me for it. Since then there has been silence from yourselves and no payment.
Please note my dad has been expecting this money as its his only source income. He can unfortunately not wait another month so please arrange transfer to his bank account as at this point he wants to go to your offices and not leave until he receives his pension.
