I sent my new banking details and they confirmed the changes were made to me in writting. A week later I received an email that my benefits have been suspended for which I immediately replied to ask why. After a few days I received an email stating my debit order was not received. I immediately replied to the email and told them that they possibly deducting from the old account. After a week has passed I called in and to my horror they have still failed to resolve the matter.
Can someone please assist.
