No pension payout

I worked for Anglo Platinum and went on pension in October 2013, it is now January2014 and I have not received my pension payout. I have made numerous phone calls and received an array of feeble excuses ie. SARS and confirmation of banking details. I eventually reached Linda Thompson who promised that payment would be made within 24 hours, this was 3 weeks ago, I have since been promised the same thing by at least two others and still no payment. My broker has even called a meeting, still nothing. I am losing interest on my money and I am not receiving an income. How does Old Mutual account for this? What lengths will I have to go to, to get my money from you. Surely this is not legal. The common excuse is that they are unindated with claims, that did not seem to be a problem when you took over the pension fund, it also does not change the fact that I am currently without an income from my pension. This is not acceptable by any standard.
