No pension payout

I have not received my monthly pension from Alexander Forbes for over 2 months. I am on disability with Multiple Sclerosis and receive a monthly pension from them. This is my only income. I changed my bank account number and AF instructed me to send a certified letter with a copy of my ID via post which I did. I phoned them to confirm that they received it and got shocking news. My new bank details arrived one day late at their offices and due to this I was told that I would not be receiving my pension at the end of March but only at the end of April. For someone that depends on this income I was devastated! I could not believe that a company that claims to care for their clients can leave them without an income for a whole 2 months due to being 1 day late! I was supposed to receive my payment on the 25th of last month but never did. I spent about R300 on airtime calling them every day and there is still no money available in my account. They did deposit a cheque for one months payment into my account on Monday but it will take 10 days to clear. Still no money available! My medical aid and cellphone have been suspended due to none payment and I am flat broke. Please help!
