I have a Cell C data contract. I've changed from bank and informed Cell C thereof. I have done so via email, where Cell C replied it is in order and they will forward it to the right person. Came month end, they deduct the cost from the old bank account. I personally contacted Cell C on Tuesday afternoon to inform them hereof. I gave them the details once again, confirmed everything and said they would deduct it then the next day, Wednesday. I received a notification from the old account saying that Cell C tried to deduct but without success. This now caused me money for the second time for them not doing there job right in the first place. I came home and received an email saying they need to speek to me in person to confirm the details. But what the did I do then on Tuesday afternoon? So I replied on their email explaining to them I did phone in, etc. And still had no response. Firstly, I think this is very very very poor service of them, secondly, the bank charges me those fees for their faults. I am not happy at all with Cell C.
