Good day,

1) Late last year my car was involved into an accident>>I email the neccessary document to Alexander Forbes for about three days after that I have to call them 100 times to find out about the status of the claims# even the emails that I was sending through they never replied
2) Last year dec I communicated with them that I have changed the banking details to another Bank and got a confirmation that these has been changed >>To my suprise I got an email form Kabelo that the payments bounced from standard bank>>I sent him an email that I sent him last year to ask him to change the banking details >.He never bothered to reply to my email>>and the January payment went off on the standard bank email>>I questioned him about this he never bothered to respond to me
3) I sent an email to his manager (Zaca Nica) complaing as to why Kabelo he never replied to my email on the 28 JAN>>He replied the same day that he will provide feedback>>To date I have not had any resposes from both of them>>I also requested if Kabelo could be moved from my account
