No refund as promised and VERY POOR communication

On 12 August I entered into communication with Carla about ordering a mushroom kit. I received a quote on the 13th and on the 19th I paid for a kit as per the quote and sent an email as confirmation. Carla then replied on the 27th saying the kit will be posted on that day. I did not receive anything. On 12 September, 1 October and 23 October I sent emails to Carla without getting any response. On the 23rd I also sent an email to their 'info' email address and Anna Duncan replied saying that my parcel will be delivered before lunch time on 24 October. As I received no further communication, no parcel and no excuse for non-delivery I requested a refund on 30 October. On 1 November Carla replied to my email and promised a refund. I supplied my banking details and got no further communication and no refund. I emailed again on 15 and 19 November inquiring about when I will be refunded. On 7 January I got an email from Candice with a request to resend my banking details. She clearly had not even bothered to read the previous emails as my banking details were right there in the email-conversation she replied to. I resent it, I have not received anything yet and it is already 4 February.
