Yesterday I tried to draw money from both my cards (debit and cheque) and both said that no accounts were linked to my card. Went to the bank and said it is suspended because I need to be FICA'd. I was FICA'd when I opened my account, and was just informed that it is supposed to be done every second year (which I didn't know) BUT I was in the bank a few weeks ago getting my new cards (both were) with ALL the documentation and the consultant said it is not necessary to be FICA'd because the system doesn't require it.

So I asked the consultant, why I didn't get any notification warning me of this action, and although my email address and my telephone number is correct on the system, all she could say was. " well you were suppose to get a notification." HOW can they take away the access to MY money, with no notification of such an action after I had everything in hand only a few weeks ago?
