Declined Discovery Cards at Rewards partners

I was phoned mid July by Discovery Card to notify me my Card needs to get FICA because courier did not pick up FICA docs when delivering the card in January. I asked if I can get FICA done at bank where the account is held and call centre said YES - no deadline, no 'please let us know when you've done it', just YES. I did the FICA at bank.
A courier company keeps calling me, so I emailed Discovery Card to tell them about these calls and that I have already done the FICA at the bank. Only after I send this email did Discovery card send me a notification telling me about the FICA and a courier company that will pick up docs. So Discovery Card call centre phone me again and again I told them I did FICA at bank and give them the details of bank. They will request docs from bank - that was two week ago!!! Now my Discovery Card gets declined at all the rewards back partners? And Discovery card did not let the courier company know about this arrangement. I still got calls for another week until I told the courier company I already did FICA at the bank.

And again I'm losing out on benefit and rewards because Discovery's communication and service is inefficient
