I had an issue with one of my beneficiaries account number in january this year. I called into standard bank to tell them of the problem. A payment was accidentally made into a suspended account (incorrect account number), and when asked to trace the money, no one could assist me. To date that money is sitting with standard bank, but not been returned.
Also, my cards have been expired since feb this year and I have not recived any notification that my cards are ready, as I normally do every year.
Please rectify.
