Child FICA details & Bad quality bank cards

1. Child's account frozen because FICA not updated
In August 2012 I opened 2 accounts for my daughter (1year old) and added an account to my other daughters already existing account, all documents were provided (Ids, prove of residents) Today when I wanted to access their accounts with internet banking the one was not "available". Being on the phone with standard bank for 40 min they realized that the one daughters FICA is not updated??? How is this possible when these accounts was opened on the same day at the same person??? One is available and the other not? I need someone to explain this to me!!!

2. Standard banks banking cards is of VERY poor quality, my daughters bank card has been used one's in a OTM and the numbers is almost un-readable and the plastic covering just peeled of this is the same with my Tjek card and debit card after only 5 months the numbers almost disappear, making it very difficult to log into your internet banking because you can not read the numbers. My husbands cards from FNB last for years and still look the same as when he received them. This is the second time I complain about this, please get better quality cards
