Authorization in hospital made and later canceld

My father in-law was admitted to Ferncrest hospital in Rustenburg. The doctors got authorisation from Oneplan for R85000. My father admitted with a stomach ulcer that burst so he was bleeding internally. After they operated on him he got septicaemia and was admitted to ICU. My father passed away 24 December 2012. We informed Oneplan that he had passed away and insurance needs to be cancelled. Now they say it was a pre-existing condition. Septicaemia pre existing condition my @SS. They never answer their phones and never get back to you when they eventually answer. Verry quick to take your money but alaways issues on claims.
