Utterly Disgusted: Ref number 2223149

Utterly Disgusted: Ref number 2223149 .After laying a complaint on Hello Peter, Fayrola Moola responded and said she would investigate and give feedback. She told me that I can withdraw my money yesterday, Tuesday 05/02/2013 but to date Wed 06/02/2013 I tried to withdraw my money but I couldn't. I then sent her an e-mail requesting an explanation and am still awaiting her response.
