I submitted a complaint about no delivery of my business cheque account card by the courier hired by FNB to deliver the card. The report was submitted on Jan, 11, 2014. On Monday Jan, 13, 2014 Tracey Sonickson responded to the complaint via hellopeter by saying it will be attended to shortly and gave a ref # 319290NF. Till today, I still haven't received any feedback from anyone and my card has still not arrived. This is rather very disappointing I must say.
