I have a cell phone contract with MTN whereby my insureer is 24 hour mobility. My phone just froze last year 15 Dec 2013. I took it to mtn store kagiso mall where i bought it. They promised to give me feedback of which they ddnt. We fetched my phone where they told me it was beyong repair, But no one informed me. I contacted 24 hour mobility on de 28 Jan 2014, they forwaded me a claim form. I submited it amd they sent me am sms that underwriters will be in contact with me in less than 24 hours till now am still waiting no one has contacted me.
