Opening a new business account with FNB

Ok long story short. Account still not active. Still no card.

Yesterday I was contacted by a courier company who wants to deliver my card. Only - they will deliver next week Tuesday. Problem is, apart from this process taking forever, I cannot tell where I will be next week Tuesday; hence, I am not guaranteed to receive the card. Nor will they deliver my card to my local FNB branch (this is by your order), nor is my wife - who is readily available, allowed receive the card. (My wife of course is my business partner, but you wouldn't know that since while I was at the branch you never thought it worthwhile to receive our documentation).

Then there is the last option - drive through to Fourways to personally take delivery of the card. Great. I live in Pretoria.

Tell me, please - at what point should I start to feel that you actually want me to bank with FNB? And where does '10 minutes' fit into this equation?

Today is Tuesday. If I don't have this card and the account active by Friday then I'm going elsewhere.
