Don't move to FNB!

If you look back at my HelloPeter profile you can see the all the issues I have had with FNB since moving to them in the last month.

I am actually now starting to consider moving my business to another bank.

I waited for ages for my credit card, and finally only came right after placing a complaint on HelloPetter. I was told my card would be delivered to my branch in centurion before I went on holiday. That didn't happen. I then phoned in and was told they wouldn't be able to make it but would deliver it to where I was on holiday (Tableview).

Then 3 days later I get an sms saying it's arrived in Centurion!!! I phoned in and said that's now enough, they need to deliver my card asap. I still didn't receive it in the following 5 working days. And if that's not enough my garage card only arrived 2 weeks later!!

My complaint is this: after all this I now see FNB has the cheek of charging me an urgent delivery fee of R385!!! Firstly it definitely was not an ''urgent delivery" as it took so long for me to receive my card. And secondly I was not once communicated about the urgent fee cost!!!

I'm officially fed up and would not recommend anyone moving to fnb!
