I applied for a platinum card with intensions of a switch from Standard. The card approved and was to be delivered today[21-11-2013]. I received a cheque card instead of a credit card and now have to wait another 3 days for my credit card.
How can FNB help me?
Deliver the correct card. If you make a mistake, fast track delivery of the new card. Courier companies will deliver on the same day. i miss steve.
