Wrong deduction

On the 30th of September I noticed a deduction for OUTSURANCE on 1 of my accounts.
When I phond to query this I was asked for my card number, which I don't carry with me.
Normally I would not mind this security check, but I did not want to do any banking and also OUTSURANCE managed to get money from this account without my consent or my card number (without which I can't query).

To Tracey Sonickson whom is going to answer as follows:
