First National Bank
No Comment!

I applied for a cheque account online on 31 January 2013 - I was told that I would get an SMS in 3-5 working days to collect my card etc...

17 Working days later... Nothing...

What is happening? Was I too gullible regarding their "amazing quick & easy service? "
This is extremely disappointing, as I thought I was leaving my current horrible Bank for one that is a bit more worthy of me...

Please fix this..

Indifferent: Got a call saying I can collect my card etc. Will do so on Monday and revert with the service I receive.

Went to FNB Menlyn Park - 6/3/2013 --- Card is in Durban - Beach Branch. This having been done after my first complaint whereby it was confirmed that i may collect my card. I actually have nothing to say. Disgusted with this!!
