NO CARD FOR MORE THAN 1 WEEK!!!

I applied for a business cheque card. All was approved and received a sms last week Tuesday from your couriers to say i will be contacted shortly! I ended up calling the Wednesday to ask what is going on and they took down my details and i was told card will be by me last week Friday!!! I called the afternoon to follow up and was told they do not have my address so cannot deliver??? I was then told card will be by me yesterday!!!

GUESS WHAT... Nothing!!! I just got off then phone again, and was told that they are still waiting for me to phone, to get my address!!! Short of me throwing things around the room because i am now HIGHLY off, i was asked for my address AGAIN and told the card will only be delivered NEXT WEEK MONDAY!!!

I am sorry but this is the most pathetic service to date!!!

I CANNOT DO BUSINESS WITH OUT A CARD!!! I HAVE NOW LOST A CORPORATE CLIENT DUE TO NOT HAVING A BUSINESS ACCOUNT TO TRANSACT WITH!!!

I WANT A ANSWER AS TO WHY THIS HAS HAPPEND, AND NOT FROM A CUSTOMER CARE PERSON... I WANT A ANSWER FROM TOP MANAGMENT!!!

IF THE CARD IS NOT IN MY POSSESSION BY TOMORROW MORNING FNB CAN CANCEL MY ACCOUNT!! I WILL REFUSE TO SUPPORT THIS BANK
