Ought a vehicle on finance in June 2013, wesbank has lost the papers, twice and the car is paid off but still no feedback or papers. The service is pathetic to say the least and every time we phone the case is with someone else but no result. My wife even tried to sort it out as i get far to aggressive with incompetent people. Spoke to Petunia again today and now some else is handling the case but will get back to us??
How many times does this have to go on. Cannot even fit a tracking device as we cannot show them registration papers, and the cars license has expired in November 2013 already. So i am driving around with unregistered car
