USELESS!!!

My car was and in order for insurance to pay me out I need them to deregister it. On phoning them, they said that I had the papers for it. I said that I did not have the papers. I was given the tracking number for the delivering of the papers and the couriers confirmed that they had gone back to Wesbank. So I phoned again and said you have the papers, like I said! they then said oh so we do. since then I have sent three requests to deregister my car... and have not even had the courtesy of a response. I cannot get my pay-out from insurance until this useless institute deregisters my car. So not only have I had the trauma of losing my car, I now have to deal with a bunch of useless uncompassionate. NEVER USE THIS FINANCE COMPANY. they are.
