Wesbank
Registration Papers and Outstanding Payment

My father financed a vehicle through Wesbank some years back, Oct 2012 we requested the registration papers because he was under the impression that the account was fully paid in 2009. Received an email back that they would get the servicing agent to call him back. After that email no correspondence was received. In March 2013 we again asked for the papers, they advised that there is an amount outstanding of /R1200, back in 2009 it was R853. I sent an email to enquire why my father was not notified of this & was advised by Edward Mdlalose that I must not shift the responsibility from my father to them (Wesbank) as it was our duty to settle the account. Edward then called me today, & what a waste of time that call was, he was asking me to provide him with proof that I paid the account in full & I said that I couldn't. I then asked if he could provide me with all the information that was sent to my father about this outstanding account, he told me he won't send me this information & that I must give him the proof. He also started raising his tone with me and then eventually threw the phone down in my ear, all this & I never raised my voice once. Im DISGUSTED as a customer of Wesbank
