Good Day

I renewed my policy ON THE 24/01/2014.

When I spoke to the consultant he said there would be a deduction on the 25/02/2014 of R 152.00 I then asked if there was any further deductions and he said no tyhe nest deduction will be on the 21/02/2014.

I then received the second policy document (2) stating that i now need to pay another amount on the 05/02/2014 what is going on with your administration because each timne interact with virgin insurance either something goes wrong or the staff answering the phone don't know what they are talking about.

I don't mind someone going and asking if they are not sure but each time I interact then i get the incorrect information.

The service from Virgin Insurance is sub standard to say the least!!!

For a global brand you doing doing a great job of messing up your companies reputation.
