Registration papers of vehicle

We have been trying to get our vehicle's registration papers from MFC since the 12th August 2013.
MFC keeps coming back to us with a 1001 excuses and no papers to be seen - we cannot sell the vehicle until we have the said.
We have tried numerous times phoning and sending emails and STILL NO RESPONSE.
THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE MFC!!!
