Unable to assist or unwilling??

I recently made a payment arrangement with ABSA and the first debit went off without a problem then the second and then 2 days after the 2nd debit a 3rd debit went off for a totally random amount, basically emptied my bank account! when I contacted ABSA Bank Legal department I spoke to a totally RUDE woman who refused to let me finish talking, she insisted that the interest rate had gone up and that the amount was correct, the interest rate went up by 0.5% and not 150% or more, when I asked to speak to a manager I was told that he would contact me and still hasn't bothered. I then logged a complaint and the lady there gave me a reference saying it may take 3 days to be addressed, I get a call and low and behold the same RUDE woman I had spoken to earlier, she tells me they will be refunding me but not for the 2nd amount they debited the first, which is about R650.00 less than the amount they helped themselves to, upon questioning the logic of the lesser amount being returned she began booming at me about arrears amounts and that, that is the new arrangement and slammed the phone down? when I called back she was on a call... NO ONE is interested in helping me??
