Double debit orde

I have a personal loan account with Nedbank, I fell ill and advised Nedlife of my illness and during my claiming process I couldn't pay my account as I was medically bordered. After numerous enquires and follow up on the status of my claim I was advised after 8 months that my claim was declined. My account was obviously in arrears due to my incapacity to work. I started working and made an arrangement with Nedbank that I will pay an extra amount over an above my monthly instalment. In November 2013 they debited my account with 2 months instalment I called them for a reimbursement which was processed within 7 days. This month again there has been 2 months deduction I called them, they wont reimburse me as until I settle my arrears. What is the point of them making numerous calls to make arrangements when they cant honour their agreements. I have other financial commitments with other institutions which are as important as them, they are really trying to tarnish my credit record badly as they could even though I am trying to clean it. On top of that I personally contacted Nedbank to notify them on date for the debit order but they debit me during anytime in the month.
