Incorrectly Double Debited

Nedbank Home Loans decided to double debit my account. I was in arrears and made an arrangement to pay the arrears in 3 months. My monthly Payment was my bond repayment plus the arrears amount split into 3 payments. last month the did not receive the 1st arrears payment but received the bond. This month November 2013 the took the monthly bond payment and arrears twice. I called the Home Loan Collection dept and spoke to a Delarise Ismial who has no empathy or shows any sympathy. This is REALLY BAD SERVICE. all she said it will take 3 to 7 working days for the refund and the request will be sent to Admin. Who is Admin and why cant anyone speak to them. This people were not even interested in hearing my situation. I regret taking this home loan with Nedbank.

All people out there having any problems with Nedbank please state it online on Facebook, twitter and anywhere else. These businesses need to up there game. 3 to 7 working day waiting for a refund is NOT acceptable for a mistake mad by the persons in charge of monthly debit processes.
