Debit for personal loan from another account

My Personal loan is in arrears due to unemployment. I managed to find work starting a week into December. I spoke to a consultant from Nedbank specifying that I now have a job and will be able to pay the loan again. I was told that if I paid the Dec monthly instalment of R2800, that will be fine and settle the arrears thereafter. I agreed to this. I was paid on 13 Dec. On 14 Dec, an amount of R8100 was taken from another nedbank account. I immediately contacted Nedbank for a refund as I had previously spoken to a consultant. I was then told that I would be refunded the amount less the R2800, which I agreed to. I kept contacting them for a status update over the next few days. I was then told that the refund was declined because I had not made an arrears payment arrangement which I was not aware of. On the same call, I made the arrangement as requested, and the refund was re-submitted. I have been contacting them everyday since for an update. All they can tell me is that it is being processed and I should receive the refund any day now. Today I find out that is has again been declined. How can all be in order for so long and then declined again. I did everything they asked...
