NEDBANK - Dishonest of the highest order!

I have three personal loans with Nedbank.
In February Nedbank double debited my account; but I managed to get them to pay me back half of the money at a later stage. Nedbank in wait for any money that enters one's account and they take it. Over and above my monthly instalments, they also debit R300 extra on each of the accounts and they say I made these arrangements to clear my arrears. I had never received a statement from Nedbank and when I demanded for it this month; I was shocked to see that it shows R1038 came into my account from Nedbank on the 12th of March '03. THIS IS A BLATANT LIE, EVEN MY STANDARD BANK ACCOUNT THAT THEY DEBIT HAS NO RECORD OF SUCH A TRANSACTION! This they claim is why I am in arrears on one of the accounts and so they debit more than they should.

Yesterday my company paid me some money for fuel. Nedbank debits R556 300 AGAIN today. My debit order day is the 25th of the month, can we be civil here Nedbank?? Incidentally I spoke to their consultant during the week who thanked me for all the payments and was reminding of the the debits due on the 25th. I told her I cannot afford the extra R300 and she reduced it to R100 extra. NOW TODAY'S DEBIT?
