I am furious about the service im getting from Essential med. 5 months allready and still getting no joy out of u guys. It have gone so far that I have cancelled my Policy during last week. I was a customer for almost 2 years and you guys got almost R18 000 out of my pocket for no services at all. You cant even pay my account of R830. Go and have a look at the e-mail and fax that I have send you with the proof of payment for Torga. I was told last week, that if I pay my own Torga account, that I can claim it back from you guys. I paid the Torga account on Sunday and faxed trough the proof of payment on Monday and I e-mailed the proof of payment yesterday. Still no feedback. You guys are clearly playing with time. My policy is still valid for 30 days after cancellation and I expect for you to pay that Money back to me. I will appreciate it if I can get feedback within Today.
