Can get correct imformation

I called the call centre on number 087 575 1111 to enquire about the initiation fee you get back if you spend more than R500. The agent advises me that you get it back in three months time, which is not correct as you clearly advise on email as follows, '' SAVINGS are instant. Simply spend R500 or more next month and you will get your R135 initiation fee paid back to you! '' Then I asked her about when i can expect my first statement, she cant advise me as she says the system will not advise her, whcih is not the case as surely every account has a monthly statement date of /- 30 days. She then advises me I can speak to another agent, so I advised her, okay i will ask hellopeter.
