With reference to my previous complaint about the non delivery of chronic medication and the lack of feedback by Essential Med. I have received your reply via Hallo Peter. Please be advised that I have infact paid the subscription by means of a manual payment on the 12-th of December 2012. Therefore your comment is not true that Essentialmed did not receive the payment. It was also faxed to Essential Med and I confirmed that
the payment was received. Please forward me your direct fax number and I will gladly fax a copy of the payment advise to you. Please check your facts before you make sweeping statements about the non payment of premiums.
