Pathetic Service

I'm a member of the Reality program (member no 8003512384) with Essential Med (member no 1500732), I wanted to make use of the roadside assistance service because I had car trouble, called the support guys and was not on the system according to them. They advised me to pay cash for the towing service and claim the money back, which I did on 26 August. To date I've been uable to get hold of someone that are able to tell me whether my claim has been process, nor anyone to tell me when I'll get my refund. I've e-mail Glennise Pretorius more than once, she was the person that asked me to e-mail the claim document to her. I've called the call centre 0860732548 and 0861911011 and have spoken to very friendly people but they could not assist either. All I want to know is when I'll be receiving my R500 that I paid for the towing service, I've already e-mailed all the proof and the claim document to you guys.
