Good day I am very dissapointed with the service I have received from your collection department. I received calls about my account which was in arrears. I was advised to pay R360 and i should be able to use my card. I payed the R360 and i called the lost card department to do a replacement card and i was told to to there is a block on the card and i should speak with the collection department. I called the collection department and they advised i should pay R250 and i can replace the card. I called the lost card today again and they told me card is still lock. I called colllection and they told me account is up to date now and i should speak to customer service. Customer services advised me that the card is closed. Why was i give wrong information by sooooo many people. I payed the arragement and they wanted more and advised me should be able to use the card. I am dissapointed cause payed my last money under impression card will work again. Rendani advised card is closed after i cancelled debt review, my question was why my other card is still working but was under debt review and could not get an answer. You guys are not consistance and will never do business with u ever again
